For Insured Shipping, XyberTechs will cover physical loss or damage to the goods by the courier up to the product value. Customers may be eligible for either a replacement or a refund of the product price. To qualify for a replacement or refund in case of suspected loss or damage, the following conditions must be met:
Customers must notify XyberTechs within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package.
The claim must be made within 10 calendar days after the tracking number has been sent via email or the ticket system.
Photographic evidence is required, including images of the packaging (both inside and outside), courier packaging, bubble wrap, and the product.
Written confirmation of loss or damage from the courier or another related party.
Please note: If the claim is made after 10 calendar days, we cannot guarantee that the courier will accept the investigation.
To process a claim with the logistics carrier, we will need your personal information, including your full name, complete shipping address, and phone number. If additional information is required, we will contact you directly via email. These steps are only necessary for the claim process with the carrier, and your personal information will only be used for that purpose.
Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates provided by courier companies. XyberTechs is not liable for delays caused by couriers, information errors, order changes, or adverse weather conditions.Please note that during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, deliveries may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Delivery Issue
In the event of a disputed delivery, such as a missing item or parcel loss, please contact us with proof of purchase and allow 5 working days for us to investigate. During this period, we will conduct inquiries with our dispatch location(s) and the courier, depending on the nature of the dispute.
Customers may be asked to provide proof of signature and may need to complete a declaration confirming non-receipt of their order. Failure to provide proof of signature and/or the required declaration promptly may result in delays in the investigation, potentially extending beyond 5 working days.
If your order is misplaced during delivery, we will carry out a thorough investigation to locate the package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Liability
For Standard Delivery orders, the courier covers physical loss or damage during transport up to a specified maximum liability. XyberTechs assumes no liability for delays after delivery, but we make every effort to ensure shipments arrive in good condition and on time.
For DOA disputes, if the product is damaged by physical impact, customers must notify XyberTechs within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package, or the claim will be rejected by the courier due to expiration.
If your order has been delayed due to the carrier, we will contact them to stop the shipment and provide a full refund upon receiving your cancellation request. If the carrier is unable to hold the parcel, we will issue a return label for you to send it back. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process your full refund. Please note that no additional fees will be charged for the return.
