Returns & Refunds
At Xybertechs, we are committed to ensuring all our customers are satisfied with our products.
If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of new, unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is also returned in its original packaging.
You will not be required to pay any additional fees if you wish to return the item. Please note that this term only applies to the unwanted request. If the item is defective or we receive an incompleted parcel ( device or accessories missing), you may be required to pay the extra-fees, it depends on the value of the missing part.
14-Day Return Policy: You may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible scenarios for returns or exchanges include:
- The product arrives defective and cannot function properly.
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Upon verification of the issue, please contact us and fill out the
Form B to initiate an exchange or refund.
If you change your mind, we offer two options: a refund or an exchange. You may return the product for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Scenarios Include:
- The item does not meet your requirements
- You have decided to no longer keep the purchase.
Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 working days to initiate the return process. A refund or an exchange will be executed after receiving your return.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or the resolution of any claims.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement within 14 business days.
Return Package: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1 to 3 business days. They will guide you on the next steps in their response. Once you receive these details, please return the items to the designated return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
What’s the DOA ? If you received the parcel and found that the item is detective due to a negligence from the logistics, such as the physical damage.
Please fill out the Form A within 48hrs after receiving your order.
We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the goods to us. You may be eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- Items that do not work straight out of the box (DOA).
- Items that are not the ones you ordered (Wrong items).
- Items confirmed as DOA or incorrect after our inspection.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories. The return must be completed within 14 business days from your request. Once we acknowledge your return request, we will provide a shipping label to facilitate the return.
If you’ve encountered a problem with receiving an Empty parcel, it also applies to the steps mentioned above.
Please note, if your item does not meet the above conditions, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Packaging Guidelines
When returning items, please prioritize using the original packaging and ensure its integrity. Keep all tags attached and undamaged.
To prevent movement during transit, add adequate cushioning material and securely seal the package. Clearly label the reason for return and include your order details inside the package.
This will help streamline the return process and ensure the safe handling of your returned items.
- Excessive handling of the item or its packaging may lead to a reduction in the refund amount.
- We may require the product's serial number or other relevant details to verify that the item was supplied by us.
- We disclaim any liability for physical damage or loss of your parcel during the return shipment process.
- Issues related to external networks (such as SIM card functionality, availability, coverage, service, range, etc.) for mobile phones and tablets are not covered under Xybertechs' Faulty or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Return & Refund Policy.
- Problems arising from firmware, software, or modifications to the operating system, including actions such as rooting or jailbreaking, are not covered under Xybertechs' terms and policies.
- For returns resulting from a change of mind or items not meeting expectations, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these policies

Return parcels must be sent to the destined return address.
Xybertechs will not be responsible for parcels that are sent to addresses other than our destined return address.

5. Return shipping fees will only be covered for faulty goods or incorrect items.
6. During the returns process, we may request the product serial number or similar information to verify the item’s origin.
7. Your consumer rights remain unaffected by these policies.
8. Please note that we do not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
